Any question like "what's 2+2?" would work well in this situation, if you know the correct path lies with the truth-teller. Where it gets tricky is if you don't know whether the correct path is with the liar or the truth-teller; for how to figure this one out, refer to the movie Labyrinth. [Reply]

When I first saw this one I laughed so freaking hard at Otra's question and the next panel. As far as I'm concerned, the comic could've ended right there; the last panel doesn't really add anything to the joke and just pads it out, as though if you wanted to add another panel for flow but didn't know what to add. Maybe replacing all the dialogue in the last panel with the sombrero wearer going 'What?', not realizing that he's done anything wrong? I don't know. Even with the last panel this as is this still rules though. [Reply]

The correct question is "If you were the other guy, which way would you tell me to take?"

But all that riddle game crap becomes like nothing in the face of Somberoturtle. In panel 4, that face is so absolutely adorably stupid.

By the way Alan Moore did this scene in Smax. And you, Mr. Lesnick, did it better than Alan Moore. [Reply]
