I think I'll say that at some point today when entering a room. It would be a great verbal calling card.

Winter has the power to generate new wardrobe as the plot requires. It comes from the same parallel dimension as her hammerspace bazooka. :)

Nice to see the computer errors seemed to get under control, Josh?
Nice boots. I feel sorry for anyone who dare crosses Winter at this point. I also feel better about the others seeing winter half crazed rather then all depressed and deflated.

Holy hot damn, I want those boots. I would go out and buy those boots RIGHT NOW if they existed. Especially if they were of the variety that magically appeared as the mood seemed to require them.
I can't wait for this whole rescue to get underway. Reading the comments here and there I felt like for AGES everyone was forgetting the interlude scene that showed both Winter and Otra as little girls. And since that clone was "born" as an adult ... it NEVER made sense for that to be Otra. Now I want to see what the real explanation is. Good stuff.

I never thought so. Do you remember the comic I'm referring to? I can't rememebr what number it was or I'd go fetch it. But the way I interpreted it was not as a memory but as a brief outsider's view - since it shows little Otra in the car, and then little Winter outside with her parents. It's portrayed more like an event than like a memory. Besides, if it WERE an implanted memory of Otra's, it wouldn't have shown Winter, since Otra didn't actually see her - Winter just happened to be nearby. It's possible I read too much into it, but it makes sense to me.

The comic you're referring to was taken out by Josh a few months ago before the Queen arc to make our lives more confusing, and to keep us from outright disproving him. It was
#431
, but he replaced it with the newer one in the new art style.
All of this is if I'm not mistaken of course. :)

There were many, many things lying around the sight, that Winter was not aware of directly, that ensure that Otra is not some really cheap retconned biological experiment.
I think talking further on it is redundant.

The spontaneous boot appearance is both hot and also appropriate. I think that now that Winter's lost Otra she's reverting back to her over-the-top, dildo-bashing self... And then she'll go back into "leader" mode once she gets Otra back.
Either way: GO SLICE SOME ASSES, WINTER

In issue
#504
, Otra recalls the circumstances of her own conception then questions why she would know such a thing. That sequence seems to suggest the artificial memory thing is for real, or at least it would if everyone else in that comic didn't have the same kind of memories. *shrug*
@Lumo
That page isn't in the Internet Archive. Josh has probably blocked his site from being cached by their crawler.

That's assuming the Business Sidekick's story was 100% true, which we now know it wasn't. There are still too many unknowns here for us to be certain of anything.

All of them were changed if I remember correctly. One of the pages changed was only Winter's clothing to be consistent with Winter's new story. It was
#116
, and in the old version, if I'm correct, she was wearing her dress. In the new version, she's wearing the sweater. If that's the one you're referring to, anyways.
