    It's hard to recognize a voice through a metal mask, in real life. So it's certainly believable that they wouldn't recognize it within the comic.

    Of course, between the hourglass figure, the skirt, the high heels, and the middrift-exposing breastplate that only covers (and accentuates) the breast, I'm kind of confused why everyone is calling Sir Grayscale "he", including the Black Knight who is apparently an old friend.

    Maybe he's a crossdresser.

    @Zakrael I AGREE!! I've been wanting to comment that y'all aren't focusing enough on her behavior. Trying to find an obscure character that's been slighted by the two, doubted by the two, not made the best decisions, whether male of female, and is quite animated mixed with stoic and in control. I think Secretary Cheyenne fits very well. (I was still lingering on the chairman until I saw the comic Zak linked to) [Reply]

    It's not just the phrase "Sir Grayscale", which I could theoretically attribute to an honorific. In the previous comic, the Black Knight specifically refers to Sir Grayscale as "he". In the same speech bubble as saying that they are the oldest of friends. [Reply]
